Slow Computer Fix Because of P2P Downloads

It’s a Love / Hate thing – Love P2P downloads and Hate having to find a slow computer fix:
There is no real solution, but here is some experience and advice.

First, when doing P2P downloads you are allowing access to your computer that is simply dangerous. Best Registry CleanersMy computer is slow because of them… or at least my computers have been slow because of peer to peer file sharing. Learning the best ways of protection is very important. It has been an ongoing learning process for me for years, and is still continuing.

Simple 1st First Step: Most computer problems can be found by running a test of your computer’s registry. The test or scan does not cost anything… then decide the next step… just – Click Here – for the FREE SCAN.

Your computer’s virus software cannot completely control what is being brought down as you download music, video, etc. You are actually giving your computer protection ‘the day off’ when you use P2P. And when you are not downloading, the P2P system is still attached to your computer and can upload, send signals or send info into your computer as it wants too. It is a two way open door and you really can’t control it or be protected from it. Of course you can turn off the P2P but most of them have automatic reboots to their programs that will activate at different functions, at least each time you start up your computer.

Now all P2P programs may not be bad. But I do not know of a completely “clean” one. Some are better than others but all do the attaching to your computer and attaching to other people’s computers and let data flow between member’s computers. This is not a safe situation.

While I’m not claiming to be an expert in P2P, I do have a lot of experience. I have downloaded a lot of music and love being able to find older and obscure music. Music file sharing is a lot of fun. It is a passion that I don’t want to give up. I have been a member of Limewire, Bearshare, Rhapsody, Kazza and tested eMule and BitComet. So you can see I’ve been around this a while. And my P2P experience has been with, I believe, 4 different computers now. And believe me I have said ‘my computer is slow’ quite a few times. If you do P2P it will happen.

Another large issue is uninstalling P2P programs from your computer. You probably can’t do it yourself. You can do the uninstall and the P2P program will appear to be gone, but it is almost impossible to remove all of it. Some functions may still be trying to access your computer after the uninstall and be running in the back ground. This of course can cause computer running slow problems.
